deIch trat zuerst ein und ging zuletzt hinaus, wenn die Verhältnisse im ganzen Land beraten wurden, (nämlich der), der es (= das Land) in Ordnung brachte, der die Angelegenheiten der Tempel kannte, der ihre Grenzen passend machte entsprechend ihrem Nahrungsbedarf.
