Comment on this place: Borchardt, ZÄS 66 (1931), 14-15, hatte die Information, daß das Ostrakon aus Biban el Muluk stamme, wohl von einem Händler. Der ursprüngliche Herkunftsort bleibt unbekannt, dürfte aber - nach dem Text zu urteilen - Deir-el-Medineh gewesen sein.
