      Comment on this place: Die Fragmente werden erstmals von A.H. Gardiner in JEA 21, 1935, S. 140 erwähnt. Dessen Informationen aus dem MMA New York zufolge gehören sie zu dem Corpus, das Davies in Theben-West, Khokha, TT 48 gefunden hat. In BMMA 10, 1915, S. 232 erwähnt Davies unter den Funden in der 1. Längshalle des Grabes "one large leaf of a papyrus manuscript, as well as a mass of written fragments in various hands", worunter vielleicht auch die Fragmente der Erzählung zu zählen sind. Einer E-Mail von Dr. Helen Whitehouse vom 18.12.2008 zufolge handelt es sich dagegen bei pAshmolean 1960.1265a-g um einen Teil derjenigen Davies'schen Papyrusfunde, deren Herkunft nicht geklärt ist.
