de(Glosse A:) Was (die Textstelle) "der ꜣ.wj-Doppelverband/Kreuzverband(?) aus Leinenstoff" angeht: das sind ein Paar Binden aus Leinenstoff, die man auf die beiden Ränder der klaffenden Wunde legt, um dafür zu sorgen, daß der eine (Rand) den anderen berührt.

de(Untersuchung:) Wenn du einen Mann (d.h. Patienten) mit einer (offenen) Wunde in seiner gmꜣ-Schläfe (Jochbein- und Schläfenbereich) untersuchst – es gibt keine Klaffung (wörtl.: es gibt nicht seine Klaffung), allerdings/und doch reicht jene Wunde bis zum Knochen –, dann mußt du folglich seine Wunde (durch Abtasten) erforschen/absuchen.

de(Glosse A:) Was (die Textstelle) "eine Wunde, {{die nicht klafft}} ((ohne Klaffung)) und doch reicht sie bis zum Knochen" angeht: das ist eine kleine Wunde, die den Knochen erreicht hat, (aber) es ist keine Klaffung in ihr (der Wunde) entstanden.
