Es ist unsicher, ob qnd ein Infinitiv oder Substantiv "die Wut, das Wüten" ist, oder das Adjektivverb "wütend sein". Im ersten Fall ist ꜥšꜣ wahrscheinlich Stativ (oder Adverb zu qnd als Verb?), im zweiten Fall ist es eine fehlerhafte Schreibung von ꜥšꜣ.t: "die Masse" (ist richtig geschrieben in Zl. 27).
Man vergleiche die Übersetzungen:
- Helck: "Ist die Menge wütend, so gebe man sie ins Arbeitshaus."
- Parkinson: "the masses rage, and they will be put in the Workhouse."
- Quack: "Zahlreich ist der Zorn, wenn man ins Arbeitshaus gegeben wird (?)."
