Unklare Lesung, es handelt sich um ein Substantiv. Von Recklinghausen (Philensis-Dekrete, 126, Anm. s) nimmt das n, welches hier zu jri̯ vorgezogen wurde, noch dazu und rekonstruiert aufgrund der Parallele (Taposiris-Magna-Stele, Z. 8), die ein ḫ statt tw aufweist, nḏ-jḫ,t - "Berater", welche auch die Bezeichnung des Epistates in den Dekreten ist (nḏ-jḫ,t m ḥw.wt), so im Kanopusdekret (Urk. II, 153, 10, unter anderem).
Daumas (MDAIK 16, 1958, 80 Anm. 2) weist auf die Entsprechung von jṯi jḫ,t zu demotisch ṯꜣj pꜣ tnj - "Steuern erheben" hin, was gut zu dem Kontext hier passt. -

Hier wird dem Text in Urk. II, 204, 2 und von Recklinghausen, Philensis-Dekrete, Anhang A, 28 nicht gefolgt. Während das initiale n (rote Krone) gut auf dem Foto Berlin 425 zu erkennen ist, ist das von Sethe vorgeschlagene pḥ-Löwenhinterteil hier Konjektur. Tatsächlich entspricht die vermeintliche Kontur des Zeichens genau dem Rand des Rinderohrs, welches unter Ptol. XII. in der Beischrift aufgetragen wurde. Da das Zeichen kaum sinnvoll in die Folge einzubauen ist (vgl. von Recklinghausen, Philensis-Dekrete, 127, Anm. u), wird hier von der Lesung Abstand genommen.
