Azzam, in: GM 253, 2017, 19 beschreibt die Szene folgendermaßen: „The row [of signs in this line, L.P.] ends with another scene illustrating a large hieratic sign of a crocodile stabbed with a knife, and above it there are two indistinguishable signs. Behind the crocodile there is a ram and a hieratic sign that could most probably be the ḫpš. This scene could be interpreted as follow: the crocodile represents the srf ailment while the ram is supposed to be the deity who will destroy the srf by means of his strong arm ḫpš.“ Die Beschreibung ist nicht ganz korrekt, denn das Zeichen über dem Krokodil ist kein Messer, sondern der hieratische Rinderschenkel (vgl. Möller, Paläographie II, Nr. 164), sodass also schon an dieser Stelle ḫpš gelesen werden könnte. Wollte man diese Gruppe ebenfalls im eigentlichen Sinne lesen, könnte man an ḫpš mzḥ: „Bezwungen ist (oder: werde) das Krokodil / der krokodilsgefährliche Dämon (?).“

Ob das vierfüßige Tier am Ende wirklich ein Widder ist oder nicht vielleicht auch ein anderes Tier, ist schwer zu entscheiden, die Kopfform erinnert aber tatsächlich an ein Schaf mit Hörnern. Das Zeichen über dessen Kopf, Azzams ḫpš, ist schwer zu identifizieren. Ein Rinderschenkel ist es nicht. Könnte es vielleicht ein Rasiermesser sein?
