Beylage, Stelentexte, 336 mit Anm. 995 setzt eine Haplographie an: jj.n=j ḏi̯=j tjtj=k jm.j.w 〈jw.w〉 jw.w-ḥr.w-jb wꜣḏ-wr ẖr hmhm,t=k „Ich bin bekommen, um dich die (Insel)bewohner (?) niedertreten zu lassen, damit die Mittelmeerinseln unter deinem Schlachtruf stehen.“ Lichtheim, Literature, 37 hat: „… to let you tread on islanders [ḏi̯=j tjtj=k jm.jw jw.w], the sea borne people hear your battle cry [ḥr.w-jb wꜣḏ-wr ẖr hmhm.t=k].“; ähnlich Tobin, in: The Literature of Ancient Egypt, 354 hat: „… to crush those who dwell on the islands: Those who dwell in the midst of the sea …“. Diese Gliederung findet sich schon bei Maspero, Du genre épistolaire, 88; Breasted, Records, 265; ebenso Tresson, in: Revue Biblique 47, 1938, 548; Wilson, in: Ancient Near Eastern Texts, 374; Bresciani, Letteratura e poesia, 245. Wiederum abweichend ist Vandersleyen, L’Égpyte au temps de Moïse, 107: „j’ai fait que tu écrases ceux qui sont dans les îles qui sont au milieu de ouadj our [ḏi̯ =j tjtj =k jm.jw jw.w ḥr(.j)w-jb wꜣḏ-wr]; qui sont sous ton cri de guerre“ [ẖr hmhm.t=k].
