  • - tkn=k rn=j: As observed by Osing (Das Grab des Nefersecheru, 1992, 53, note (bh)), this could also read tkn=k r{n}=j, ‘when you attack me’. This reading is appropriate in the context of a curse formula, but the statement doesn’t seem to assert any concrete threat or punishment, apart from the figure of the snake (šꜣy/ḥfꜣw) in the previous column and the concept of judgement which follows. The more restrained reading of rn may therefore be preferable.
