deDa nun der 5. Dios, an dem der Geburtstag des Herrn der Beiden Länder ist, zuvor festgesetzt war als Fest in [17] den Götterhäusern und ebenso der 24. (sic!) Tag dieses Monats, an dem seine Majestät das Königtum aus der Hand seines Vaters empfangen hat, kommen die Wab-Priester der Tempel Ägyptens nordwärts zu diesen Festen zur Jahreszeit beim Vollziehen jeder ihrer Pflicht für den König, entsprechend der Bestimmung.

deAls das Jahr der geringen Nilflut sich ereignete zu ihrer Zeit [8], waren alle Bewohner Ägyptens bedrängten Herzens wegen des zufälligen Ereignisses, während sie sich an das Unglück erinnerten, das vordem geschehen war, in der Zeit der früheren Könige, als das zufällige Ereignis der geringen Nilflut den Bewohnern Ägyptens in ihrer Zeit geschah, (da) sorgten sich seine Majestät selbst zusammen mit seiner Schwester [9], indem ihr Herz brannte für die Bewohner der Gotteshäuser zusammen mit den Bewohnern Ägyptens insgesamt.

deDie Wab-Priester, die in allen Tempeln Ägyptens ingesamt sind, sollen Wab-Priester der beiden Wohltätigen Götter mit ihren Namen genannt werden, und (sie) sollen hinzugefügt werden zu den Namen der Ämter ihrer Prophet〈en〉, und es soll für sie auf alle Urkunden geschrieben werden und das Amt des Propheten der beiden Wohltätigen Götter soll auf dem dazugehörigen Siegel ihrer Hand eingraviert werden.

deMan solle veranlassen, [30] dass es (= das Götterbild) im Gotteshaus 〈ruhe〉, indem ein Prophet oder einer, der zu den Wab-Priestern gehört, die erwählt sind für die große Reinigung, die die Götter mit ihrem Gewand ankleiden, es auf seinem Arm erscheinen lässt, am Tag der Erscheinung und an den Festen aller Götter, damit es ein jedermann sieht, huldigend in seiner Heiligkeit.
