- m msꜣḏ.tj=fj: In Fall 8 (Kol. 4.12) mit demselben Text steht zusätzlich m msḏr.wj=fj. Das Fehlen des Blutens aus den Ohren - sofern es kein Versehen des Kopisten ist - könnte bedeuten, daß nur die vordere Schädelbasis verletzt wurde (siehe Brawanski, in: SAK 29, 2001, 22; Sanchez/Meltzer, Edwin Smith Papyrus, 68).
