MedWb 282 bietet keinen Deutungsvorschlag; nach Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 440 eventuell eine Ente o.ä. Borghouts, Mag. Texts, 106, Anm. 171 fragt sich, ob das Kind gemeint ist und er übersetzt: "your thirst [is taken away] by the Great Abundance to heaven, oh pḫ-bird! Borghouts nimtt damit einen Vorschlag von Barns, Five Ramesseum Papyri, 22 auf, der mit "O pḫ-goose" als Anrufung, einen neuen Satz anfängt.
