    - Der rechte Teil des Blockes mit dem Bildnis der Hatschepsut ist verloren, wobei auf dem vorhandenen Stück noch Spuren der vormaligen Aushackung erkennbar sind. Von Hatschepsut selbst ist noch ein Bein erhalten. Dass sie ein Spitzbrot opfert, ist allein durch die Beischrift ersichtlich. Die linke Seite mit der Abbildung des Amun-Min ist weitgehend intakt, doch ist ein Teil der Beischriften beschädigt.
