  • - zbṯ=tw: kann wie das vorherige dbḥ=tw ein Umstands-sḏm=f, ein Futur im Konsekutivsatz oder ein emphatisches Futur (Vernus, Future at Issue, 35, Anm. 28) sein.
    - n m(ḥ)r: da hinter mḥr kein Personendeterminativ steht, kann sowohl "das Leiden" wie "der Kranke" (so nur Parkinson, der im nächsten Satz aber auch "der Tod" und nicht "der Tote" liest) gemeint sein. Teilweise ist n mḥr auch als Genitiv aufgefaßt: "ein Lachen von Schmerz", d.h. "ein schmerzhaftes Lachen" (Gardiner, Erman, Lefebvre, Wilson), aber es wird ein Parallelismus zwischen n mḥr und n mwt im nächsten Satz vorliegen (so zuerst Posener, Littérature et politique, 151).
