Zur möglichen Ergänzung des Zeilenbeginns vgl. die Parallele dieses Spruches in pRamesseum X, s. Meyrat, Papyrus magiques du Ramesseum, 227 (Taf. 3). Es ist nicht ganz sicher, ob das allein die Lücke am Beginn von 10,4 ausfüllt.
Die Übersetzung dieser Zeile folgt Stegbauer, Magie als Waffe gegen Schlangen, 203, wohingegen Meyrat, a.a.O., 113 und 132 das Epitheton „Sohn der Uto“ an Djudju anschließt – aber zugibt, dass das eine ungewöhnliche Filiation sei – und zꜣw Jw-nsrsr als zweites Epitheton versteht: „gardien de l’Île de la flamme“.
