- In diesem Satz liegt sicher ein Fehler vor, da šꜣꜥ.n=k jm tꜣ nicht möglich ist (nur Borghouts kommt ohne Emendierung aus). Die naheliegende Emendierung ist m=k r=f wn wr {m} ptḫ 〈m〉 〈tꜣ〉 šꜣꜥ.n=k jm {tꜣ} (mit ptḫ als Pseudopartizip) oder m=k r=f wn wr m ptḫ 〈m〉 〈tꜣ〉 šꜣꜥ.n=k jm {tꜣ} (mit ptḫ als Partizip Passiv [Westendorf, Passiv, 77, Text 195] oder als m + Infinitiv [Barta, in: MDAIK 27, 1971, 37]). Helck, Hornung, Parkinson und Kammerzell möchten hingegen {šꜣꜥ.n=k j}m tꜣ tilgen. Laut Wb. wird ptḫ jedoch mit ḥr tꜣ oder r tꜣ, nicht mit m tꜣ verwendet.

1. Übersetzungen mit Verschiebung von m tꜣ:
(a) mit ptḫ als Pseudopartizip oder m ptḫ als Partizip Passiv
- Gardiner, in: JEA 1, 103: "Behold the great one is fallen 〈in the land〉 whence thou art sprung";
- Lefebvre: "Vois donc, le grand est (maintenant) abaissé dans le pays où tu as commencé (d'être)";
- Wilson: "for, behold, the great man is a thing passed away (in the land) where thou didst begin";
- Faulkner: "See, the great one is overthrown in the land in which you began";
- Bresciani: "Vedi dunque, il grande è abbassato, / nel paese dove hai cominciato (a vivere)";
- Lichtheim: "..., Then the great man is overthrown in the land of your birth";
- Lalouette: "Vois, donc, le Grand personnage est maintenant abattu, dans ce pays où tu as commencé (ton existence)";
- Tobin: "Behold, nobles are deposed in the land where you were born";
(b) mit m ptḫ als m + Infinitiv (pseudoverbale Konstruktion):
- Barta, in: MDAIK 27, 1971, 37: "Siehe doch, ein (feindlicher) Fürst wirft das Land nieder, wo du (dein Leben) begonnen hast";

2. Übersetzungen mit Tilgung von šꜣꜥ.n=k:
- Helck: "doch siehe, der Beamte ist nun ein Niedergestreckter im Lande";
- Hornung: "doch der Beamte ist zu Boden geworfen im Land";
- Parkinson: "and look, the official will be laid low in the land!";
- Kammerzell: "Wer Beamter war, wird zu Boden gestreckt sein 〈...?〉 im Land";

3. Übersetzungen ohne Emendierung:
- Borghouts: "zie immers, de gezaghebber is een onttroonde. Daarmee ben je begonnen, o land.";
- Quirke: "look, now, the great is sprawling there where you started, the land"; (eine Emendierung zwischen ptḫ und šꜣꜥ.n=k$ ist erforderlich)
