  • Da =f aus dem nächsten Vers irgendein Bezugswort braucht, ist die Übersetzung von Junge, Die Lehre Ptahhoteps, 199 vielleicht der üblichen Übersetzung vorzuziehen: "Redest du über jemanden, der sich auf eine Seite schlägt, unterbinde, daß er sein Trachten vorbringt" (mit der Konstruktion mdwi̯ m: "gegen jemanden reden"). Aber auch die variante Übersetzung des ersten Satzes "nimm die Unterstützung des Gerichteten weg" würde ausreichen.
    Eine Übersetzung, die die bisherigen Versgrenzen sprengt, bei Quack, in: WdO 35, 2005, 17: "du sollst gegen den reden, der sich parteiisch verhalten hat, damit er nicht seinem Plan 〈den〉 Fürsten sagt".
