- Die Maße sind die, die in der Online Collection des British Museum gegeben worden sind. Vittmann, Amulett, 164 nennt etwas detailliertere Maße: H: 7,8 cm ohne die Öse, B: oben 6,7 cm, unten 6,5 cm; die Öse: H: 1,0 cm, B: 1,8 cm.

Das Objekt wurde dem Museum 1885 von Greville Chester geschenkt, siehe Vittmann, Amulett, 164. In der Online Collection des Britisch Museum ist dagegen „purchased from Giza Museum“ und „purchased through E.A. Wallis Budge“ verzeichnet. Dort ist auch die Registrierungsnummer 1888,0512.76 angegeben.

- Vgl. Vittmann, Amulett, 166, einmal anhand der Schreibung des Gottesnamens des Osiris in Z. 7, die erst seit der 25. Dynastie üblich ist, sodann aufgrund des Personennamens Ns-mnw „Nesmin“, der im 1. Jt. v.u.Z., vor allem ab der Spätzeit und dann auch in demotischen Texten der Ptolemäerzeit, sehr häufig ist, schließlich die Verwendung des bestimmten Artikels pꜣ vor dem Epitheton nṯr-ꜥꜣ „der große Gott“, der erst im Demotischen (d.h. ab der Saitenzeit) aufkommt.
