  • - Übersetzung von r tꜣ in Anlehnung an Parkinson: "but that's not the point!" Andere fassen jw als Nebensatzpartikel auf und kommen so zu Übersetzungen mit "vernachlässigt sein" (zuerst Sethe, Erläuterungen, 63: "... solange jenes zu Boden lag", d.h. "solange jene Schwierigkeiten nicht behoben waren"; ähnlich Lichtheim, Hannig, Pseudopartizip, 82, Anm. 2, Assmann).
    - nfꜣ: Faulkner bezieht nfꜣ auf den Reichtum (auch Bresciani und wohl auch Mathieu), Lalouette auf den Ba (man erwartet dann aber pfꜣ). In Zl. 37 wird mit nfꜣ das Jenseits gemeint sein und Assmann, Ägypten. Eine Sinngeschichte, 200 übersetzt hier auch mit Jenseits: "ich gehe nicht fort, wenn das Jenseits vernachlässigt wird".
