  • - ḫtm,w-n-šms: Ward (1982, 173, no. 1491) reads sḏꜣw,ty n šms,w and translates "assistant of a retainer"; Fischer (1985, 87) prefers "der begleitende Schatzmeister" of the WB (IV, 484.18). The other attestations of this title, in the extended form ḫtm,w n šms n ꜥrr,yt "accompanying seal-bearer of the administration" do not invalidate this reading. The w that Ward (1982) transliterates after šms in no. 1491 (this stela) is not there - the signs are clearly šms + s (three times). Quirke (2004, 54) reads ḫtm,w n šms "sealer of the retinue", and, like Ward, reads .w in the titles of this stela.
