  • wḏꜥ ist ein spezifischer Dattelteil. Der älteste Beleg, im pKahun, schreibt das Wort mit den gekreuzten Stäben, dem Klassifikator für das semantische Feld „trennen“ (vgl. den Kommentar bei Gardiner, Sign-list Z9). Dies lässt einen Zusammenhang mit wḏꜥ: „abtrennen“ zumindest vermuten, auch wenn dieses Verb sonst nicht mit den gekreuzten Stäben geschrieben ist. Auch Germer, Arzneimittelpflanzen, 155 vemutet einen Zerkleinerungszustand der Dattel.
