  • Ergänzungen nach Hoffmann / Quack, Anthologie 194 und 356 ganz oben. - Die m.E. plausible Identifizierung von Ꜣwskj mit dem berühmten indischen Maurya-Kaiser Ashoka hat M. Betrò (s. Literaturangaben) vorgeschlagen (von J. F. Quack, Die demotische und gräko-ägyptische Literatur, Münster 2005, 144 bezweifelt). Zu den ägyptischen Königsnamen vgl. Quack, a.a.O., und zur typischen Kurzschreibung von Psammetich Demot. Nb. 212ff.; G. Vittmann, Jb Berliner Museen 42, 2000 (2003), 22 (j). - Die Königsnamen sind ohne Kartusche und ohne ꜥnḫ-wḏꜣ-snb geschrieben.- Collombert ("immense est la terre [d'Arabie], grand est mon grand maître.") nimmt einen Parallelismus mit zwei Adjektivverben an.
