  • Wegen der Lücke ist die syntaktische Einordnung unklar. Die Ergänzung von šmw nach Fischer-Elfert stammt aus dem Modellbrief pChester Beatty V (!), vso I.5, der aber keinen Bezug zur Überschwemmung aufweist (jḫ ḏi̯=k ḥr=k r nwy.t pꜣ šmw n pr-ꜥꜣ ꜥ.w.s.). In einer Reihe von Alliterationen in Edfou I, 322.14 bringt der König die Flut (nwy.t), wobei er sich um die Produkte des Nepri kümmert (nwi̯=f ḫ.t np(r)y). In pSallier I, rto 5.2-3 gibt jemand täglich ein Brot an jeden, der sich um die Ernte kümmert (rmṯ nb ntj nwy r pꜣ šmw) und er gibt Salbe (sgnn: vgl. den nächsten Vers), um sich zu salben.
