Für die Lesung von rḫ sn bot Caminos, S. 48-49, zwei Erklärungen: (1) nn rḫ=sn (Negationspartikel + sḏm=f): "they do not know of (it)". Bezugswort des Suffixpronomens seien die - allerdings bisher ungenannten - Bewohner der Region, in der sich Wermai befindet. (2) nn rḫ sn: "he who knows of them is not" (negativer Existenzsatz mit substantivierter Relativphrase als Subjekt). Bezugswort des enklitischen Pronomens wäre das pluralisch aufgefasste nfr.y: "Getreide" des vorigen Satzes. Die hier verwendete Übersetzung orientiert sich an Allam, S. 151 und Quack, S. 178.
