  • jwi̯: Graphisch ist nicht zu entscheiden, ob an dieser Stelle ein Stativ oder ein Infinitiv vorliegt. Semantisch ist höchstwahrscheinlich Letzteres der Fall: Ein Stativ würde die Aussage als einmaliges Geschehen der Vergangenheit präsentieren, während zusammen mit dem vorhergehenden Satz eigentlich ein zeitloser, sich ständig wiederholender Zyklus gemeint ist. Im ersten Harfnerlied des Neferhotep (Lichtheim, Songs of the Harpers, Tf. 7, Kol. 3) steht daher auch ḏꜣm ḥr jy.t.
