  • - ḥr.j-tp tꜣ.wj n/n(.j) Rꜥw: Wird normalerweise als „das Oberhaupt der beiden Länder des Re“ übersetzt (Roeder, Urkunden zur Religion, 85; ebenso Moret, in: RHR 72, 1915, 228; Sander-Hansen, Metternichstele, 28; Borghouts; Sternberg-el-Hotabi, in: TUAT II, 363; Kousoulis; Allen, Art of Medicine, 54). Sind es die beiden Länder des Re, oder ist es das Oberhaupt des/für Re? Auf der Heilstatue des Djedher (Z. 169) steht nichts zwischen tꜣ〈.wj〉 und Rꜥw. Vielleicht ist daher n als m-Identikum aufzufassen: „der Chef der Beiden Länder als/in der Funktion der Re“. In LGG finden sich nur 2 Belege für die Verbindung tꜣ.wj n Rꜥw, einmal ḥr.j-tp tꜣ.wj n(.j) Rꜥw (unsere Textstelle) und einmal sšm.t tꜣ.wj n.t Rꜥw (n.t ist nur n geschrieben).
