  • - nfr gr pw sḏm: Schon Moret, in: RHR 72, 1915, 260, Anm. 2 hat erkannt, dass hier ein Sprichwort vorliegt. Klasens, Magical Statue Base, 69, Anm. zu M 49 verweist für das Sprichwort auf die Maximen des Ptahhotep (pPrisse 16.5) und auf den Lebensmüden (Z. 67). „Hören“ hat dann die Bedeutung „zuhören“ oder sogar „gehorchen“. ꜥnḫ wꜥ sšm s(w) ky erklärt das Sprichwort und ist als separater Satz zu verstehen. Die Übersetzung von Sternberg-el-Hotabi, in: TUAT II, 376: „Es ist gut zu hören, daß einer leben wird, wenn ein anderer ihn leitet.“ wird nicht zutreffen. Assmann versteht hingegen ꜥnḫ wꜥ sšm s(w) ky als das Sprichwort und hat es als Überschrift für einen Aufsatz verwendet: J. Assmann, Der eine lebt, wenn der andere ihn geleitet. Altägyptische Konzepte vom konnektiven Leben, in: K.-P. Köpping, M. Welker, R. Wiehl (Hrsg.), Die autonome Person – eine europäische Erfindung?, München 2002, 15-28. Auch Drioton, Le théâtre égyptien, 83 erkennt in ꜥnḫ wꜥ sšm s(w) ky das Sprichwort (oder in dem Doppelsatz nfr gr pw sḏm / ꜥnḫ wꜥ sšm s(w) ky?).
