  • Der § 38 bietet eine neue Version zum magischen Schutz der über Ägypten verstreuten Körperteile des Osiris. Da sich der Wortlaut im folgenden oft wiederholt, lassen sich viele Lücken der stark zerstörten Z.1-6 von Kol. x+12 annährend rekonstruieren. Eine inhaltlich ähnliche, aber im Wortlaut andere Version befindet sich auf pBM EA 10081, 36.21-37.10 (Bearbeitung: S. Schott, in: ZÄS 65, 1930, 35-42; M. Bommas, ZÄS 131, 2004, 95-113, Tf. IX-XII).
