  • Für diese Textstelle siehe auch J.F. Quack, Ein vorderasiatisches Götterpaar in ägyptischer Übersetzung, in: Or 88, 2019, 78-82. Er übersetzt: "Ich habe es dem Morgenstern und dem Abendstern gesagt. Eine frohe Botschaft ist zum Haus des Sonnengottes gekommen, daß Horus den Sāmānu-Dämon besiegt hat." Er erkennt in wḏꜣ-snb (mit Gottesdeterminativ nach snb) eine Übersetzung des vorderasiatischen Gottes Šalim, dessen Name von der Wurzel šlm: "wohlbehalten, gesund sein" abgeleitet ist.
