Auf der Metternichstele steht rḏi̯=s rʾ=s r=s (Verwechselung des Land-Zeichens und des Riegel-z in die eine oder die andere Richtung). Sander-Hansen, Metternichstele, 29 nimmt an, dass die Katze das Gift aussaugen will (so schon Moret, in: RHR 72, 1915, 228, und Roeder, Urkunden zur Religion, 84; mit der Katze als Subjekt auch Sternberg-el-Hotabi, in: TUAT II, 362; anders Allen, Art of Medicine, 54: „It has given its mouth to her“, wobei „it“ = das Skorpion oder das Gift und „her“ = die Tochter).
