Der letzte Ausdruck (fir Gräzisierung "Amentephnachthis" ist rekonstruiert) wird im Hinblick auf Tnn-I͗mn-tꜣj=f-nḫṱ in Z. 6-7 als Ortsname verstanden, wenngleich kein Ortsdeterminativ vorhanden ist. Als wahrscheinliche griechische Entsprechung hierzu erscheint in P. Reinach 7, 18-19 Ammônos polis.
