  • - ḏꜣy: Bedeutung unklar. Hayes, in: JEA 46, 1960, 33 übersetzt "multi-celled (?) sand chamber", Osing, Nominalbildung, 599, Anm. 561 verbindet das Wort mit koptisch joe, jo, joi(e): "Mauer" (vgl. schon DZA 31.541.610). Fischer-Elfert läßt beide Möglichkeiten "Zelle" und "Mauer" offen, daher bei Hannig, Handwörterbuch, 1068 {39501}: "Zellen, Mauern (einer Fundamentkammer)".
    - nꜣy=f: Ergänzung Fischer-Elfert, 145. Bezieht sich =f dann auf die Statue oder auf das Magazin?
    - wsḫ.t: die Breite ist unklar. Es steht im Original die Zahl 8, gefolgt von der Zahl 4. Gardiner, EHT, 28a, Anm. 11m, vermutet, daß die Zahl 8 ein Fehler für die Zahl 40 ist und er übersetzt daher "44(?) cubits". Wente addiert 8 und 4: "the partitions of [its] cells have a width of 12(?) cubits". " Für Badawy, in: ZÄS 110, 1983, 13 und 15 geht es um drei Zellen (ḏꜣy), die jeweils eine Breite von 4 Ellen haben: "The cells of the runways have as breath 4, 4 (and) 4 cubits." Für Fischer-Elfert ist nicht 8, sondern zweimal 4 zu lesen: "Die Zellen/Mauern(?) seiner Kammern sind von einer Breite 4 (auf) 4 (auf) 4 Ellen", wobei wsḫ dann nicht eine Länge, sondern eine Fläche (eigentlich ein Volumen) angeben würde. Wirsching, in: SAK 28, 2000, 297-298, erkennt ebenfalls ein Flächenmaß, diesmal 8 x 4 Ellen.
