  • - rḏi̯ m jb: jem. zu etwas bringen, motivieren (wird eigentlich mit Infinitiv oder mit sḏm=f konstruiert: Gardiner, EG, § 184.1 und 303), aber in der Inschrift Sinai 90 (A.H. Gardiner und T.E. Peet, The Inscriptions of Sinai, I, Tf. 26, Zl. 13; II, 97 = Sethe, Lesestücke, 86, Zl. 13) hört der Satz so auf: wn=j mꜣꜥ=j r bjꜣ pn bꜣ.w-nsw ḥr rḏi̯.t m jb=j, was übersetzt wird mit "(So) I kept on going to this mining country, the will of the king putting (it) in my heart" (Cerny, The Inscriptions of Sinai, II, 97), "I set out for this quarry. The power of the king inspiring me" (Iversen, in: Fs Westendorf, I, Göttingen 1984, 512), "Ich zog weiter in dieses Bergwerksgebiet, indem die Macht des Königs mein Herz lenkte" (Kurth, in: GM 154, 1996, 59). Fischer-Elfert betrachtet ḏḏ=f jb=f von oGardiner 318 als die ursprüngliche Lesung und m in den 5 anderen erhaltenen Handschriften als intrusiv.
    - mri̯.n=f: Kitchen, in: OrAnt 8, 1969, 193, Anm. 34 emendiert n und versteht: "those whom he loves" (Relativform). Fecht, in: ZÄS 105, 1978, 17 liest mrj(ww?)=f mit der Übersetzung "denen, die ihn lieben" (wäre jedoch mri̯ sw).
