  • fḫ jb: der Ausdruck wird unterschiedlich interpretiert: "sein Herz abwenden von" (Fecht, in: ZÄS 105, 1978, 16; Brunner, Fischer-Elfert); "ignorieren" (Kitchen, in: OrAnt 8, 1969, 191, Anm. 8: to ignore); "gleichgültig sein gegenüber" (Simpson: to be indifferent about); "zerstreut, abgelenkt sein" (Roccati: essere distratto per); "seine Aufmerksamkeit schweifen lassen, lösen von" (Vernus: détacher son intéret de). In § 14.x+8 wird es ohne Objekt verwendet und bedeutet es vielleicht "unachtsam sein" (Kitchen, in: OrAnt 8, 1969, 196, Anm. 69: be heedless), "seinem Herzen unbedacht freien Lauf lassen" oder sogar "verzagen" (Fischer-Elfert, Lehre eines Mannes, 162 bzw. 436).
