  • st pr(i̯.tj): So ist wohl die Übersetzung von Wente, S. 293 aufzufassen: "issuing from its hindquarters in front of its hind legs". Dies passt besser als Hornungs Emendation von st(+Hausgrundriss) zu sd: "Schwanz" (S. 43 und S. 62, Anm. 116). Eine Anweisung, dass das Bild der Kuh auch einen Schwanz haben soll, erscheint in diesem Kontext etwas trivial. Auch die Lesung als "Seth" (so Piankoff oder Guilhou, S. 19) wird hier abgelehnt.
