Comments
Derselbe Satz in O. Archive of Hor 17, 2-3. Ray übersetzt "Thoth (whose) might is known (in) every matter which concerns the Ibis (in) his heart", bezieht die Aussage also auf Thot, es ist aber doch eher Hor selbst gemeint.
