  • - msꜣḏ.tj=fj und msḏr.wj=fj: Breasted, Surgical Papyrus, 291 nimmt an, daß beide Duale Fehler für EINE Nasenhöhle und EIN Ohr sind. Im nächsten Satz ist anzunehmen, daß es nur in EINEM Ohr Splitter gibt, so daß dort eine Emendierung zu msḏr{.wj}=f{j} erforderlich sein könnte. Vielleicht hat aber die Schlagverletzung eine Verschiebung des Unterkiefers verursacht, so daß doch beide Ohren betroffen sind.
    - jm.jw msḏr.wj=fj: jm.jw ist von der Nisbe jm.j: "was ist in" abgeleitet. Anders als in Fall 12 (Kol. 5.18: jm.jw msꜣḏ.tj=fj) kann es in Fall 22 nicht "der Inhalt" bedeuten, denn das ergibt dort keinen Sinn. In Kol. 8.15 und 8.16 steht ẖnw msḏr.wj=f(j): "das Innere seiner beiden Ohren". Falls jm.jw tatsächlich "das Innere" bedeutet, ist der Unterschied mit ẖnw nicht klar. Möglicherweise ist der Text fehlerhaft überliefert.
