Vielleicht hat Allen, Art of Medicine, 87 deshalb: "from his one nostril and ear". Westendorf, Grammatik, 243, § 333.3 stuft wꜥ.t(j) als ein Nisbe-Adjektiv ein, das als Adverb verwendet wird: "er gibt Blut ..., (und zwar) einseitig".
