Auf keiner Seite vorhanden ist der Beginn ꜥḥꜥ.n rḏi̯.n; dieser Ergänzungsvorschlag stammt von Vandersleyen, in: RdÉ 19, 1967, 133 No. 9., nach pWestcar 11,14. Allen, in: Wiener/Allen, in: JNES 57, 1998, 4 mit Kommentar S. 10 hat ihn übernommen, ebenso Beylage, Stelentexte, 82; Klug, Stelen, 38; Ritner, in: Ritner/Moeller, in: JNES 73, 2014, 5. Helck, Historisch-Biographische Texte, 106 hat die Ergänzung dagegen nicht, er fasste jwi̯.t vermutlich als narrativen Infinitiv auf (vgl. Z. 1). Goedicke, Studies, 138-139 nimmt diese Ergänzung ebenfalls nicht vor, sondern setzt ab jwi̯.t eine wörtliche Rede der Götter an, in der sie das Unwetter beschwören (s. auch den Kommentar zum vorangehenden Satz); dieser Satz erstreckt sich nach ihm bis kk.wj m rʾ-ꜥ jmn,t (s. nächsten Satz); seine Übersetzung: „Heaven shall come up with a storm-flood and darkness in the condition of the West (scil. Underworld).“
