  • mẖn.t: Die Determinative und die von Mathieu, S. 69, Anm. 174 genannte Parallele tw=j m ḫd [ḥr pꜣ] mw n ḥqꜣ von Z. 3,1 sprechen für das Lemma "Bassin", die davor stehende Präposition m anstelle eines zu erwartenden ḥr für das Lemma "Fähre" (so auch Mathieu, S. 58).

    sẖꜣ: Mit Buchrolle und schlagendem Mann determiniert. Fox, S. 11 übersetzte das Satzende mit: "to the oar-strokes(?) of the captain.", dachte vielleicht an eine Verbindung mit sxi: "schlagen". Mathieu, S. 58 vermutete "comme rameur du capitaine". Beides klingt unbefriedigend, weil der Kapitän kaum selbst rudern wird noch die Ruderer besitzt. Eine bessere Lösung kann jedoch nicht geboten werden; vgl. auch die Diskussion zu ꜥ-n-sẖw in pLansing 2,5.
