  • Les parallèles comportent la variante tꜣ-rʾ "la gueule brûlante". Il peut donc s'agit d'une mauvaise lecture du scribe ou de la graphie du nom d'une entité néfaste que l'on peut éventuellement rapprocher du verbe dgꜣ "voir".

    - hꜣp(.w) d,t=f "ceux qui cachent son corps...". Le participe sert d'épithète à celui au visage agressif. Traduction retenue par Verhoeven, Iahtesnacht, 336 et Quirke, Going out in Daylight, 399. Cette traduction implique que cette action, à priori destinée à protéger les corps, est effectuée par une entité néfaste.
