Dein Sohn, der König und Herr der Beiden Länder 𓍹Djeser-ka-re𓍺, der mit Leben beschenkt sein möge, hat dir gebracht/geholt 〈diese〉 Weiße Krone und diese Rote Krone derer (d.h. der Göttin), die in Pe (= Buto) ist, und derer, die in Elkab ist.

  • - ḥḏ.t dšr.t pwy {t}n: Das maskuline Demonstrativpronomen pwy{t} bei den Feminina ḥḏ.t und dšr.t ist unerwartet, aber es ist wohl nicht pwy tn (mit zwei Pronomina) zu lesen. Tacke, Opferritual, II, 180, Anm. (d) tilgt pwyt n; Gardiner, Chester Beatty Gift, 90 übersetzt mit einem Demonstrativpronomen: "this White and Red Crown", aber unklar ist, was er mit n macht. Eventuell ist es ein Genitiv, ansonsten wäre es zu tilgen.
    - Nḫbn: Vermischung von Nḫb: "Elkab" und Nḫn: "Hierakonpolis".
