  • nhsy: Im hier vorliegenden Kontext ist die erst demotisch belegte Bedeutung „aufspringen“ für nhsi̯ sinnvoller als die ältere Bedeutung „erwachen, aufwecken“ (Wb 2, 287.3–9), vgl. demot. nhs(ꜣ) „aufwecken, sich erheben, aufspringen“ (Erichsen, Glossar, 222; CDD n, 100–101). Der Klassifikator ist leider bis auf wenige Spuren verloren, für die Quack (in: ZÄS 126 (1999), 142) eine Interpreation als Person/Mumie auf dem Bett (A55) erwägt, die allerdings bei dem Wort nur im Mittleren Reich bezeugt zu sein scheint und später durch das Auge mit Lidstrich abgelöst wurde (DZA 25.184.400). Die Spuren sind derart unspezifisch, dass die Lesung sehr unsicher ist.
