  • - n(n) jwi̯ =tn nḥꜣ snḥ =tn: Gasse, 27 möchte hier übersetzen „Vous ne viendrez pas, Nehaher vous rendra inoffensifs“, aber sie vermerkt selbst (S. 28, Anm. (i), dass diese Aussage sehr ungewöhnlich wäre. Gutekunst, Textgeschichtliche Studien, 191-192, 277, 287-288 betrachtet die Varianten mit der Negation nn jwi̯=tn als eine Leitvariante für seine „P-R-Version“ des Textes. Sie ist in seiner „Mittelphase“ (26. Dynastie) und in seiner „Hochphase“ (Frühptol., Ptol.) belegt.
    - snḥ: Die Übersetzung von Gasse als „rendre inoffensif“ geht vom Verb snḥꜣ: Wb. 4, 169.5 und Hannig, HWB, 780 {28661}: „unwirksam machen (Zauberei)“ aus. Sicherlich liegt jedoch das Verb „fesseln“ mit dem schlagenden Mann A24 als Determinativ vor. Man könnte auch an snḥ Wb. 4, 169.3 „verkehrt sein“ denken, aber die betreffende Quelle ist fehlerhaft für msnḥ „(sich) umwenden“ (pAnast IV 10.2 = LEM 45.2), so dass die Existenz von snḥ „verkehrt sein“ nicht abgesichert ist.
    - pnꜥ ꜥ.wj =tn: Normalerweise steht hier pnꜥ ḥr=tn und tatsächlich sind die Köpfe der Krokodile, auf denen das Horuskind steht, oft zu ihrem Schwanz hin umgedreht/gewandt.
