  • Zum rekonstruierten Aussehen des hethitischen Königssiegels auf der Silbertafel vgl. J. Friedrich, in: Artibus Asiae VI (1937), 180 und E. Edel, WVDOG 95, 102-04. Dieser abschließende Teil ist nicht in der hethitischen Vorlage enthalten, sondern von äg. Seite verfasst worden.
    Die anfängliche Seite meint die rechte Hälfte der Darstellung in dem Siegel. Das Suffix =f des Possesivartikels bezieht sich m.E. nicht wie die Übersetzung Edels suggeriert, auf ꜥn n ḥḏ, sondern auf n,tj = Siegel, das im folgenden beschrieben wird.
