  • Sehr ungewöhnliches Epitheton, das ev. auf die Einsetzung des Piye durch Amun anspielt. Piye stellt sich in der großen Piye-Stele als sehr religiös dar.
    Ritner, Libyan Anarchy, 462, übersetzt hier dhn wꜥb mit "of the Pure Peak (Gebel Barkal)". Er will hierin also eine direkte Genetiv-Konstruktion sehen, die Amun von Karnak als den Amun vom Gebel Barkal identifiziert. Der Gebel Barkal wird aber sonst ḏw wꜥb genannt. Ich halte diesen Vorschlag für wenig überzeugend.
