wobei sie (d.h. die Wunde) bis zum Innern seines Mundes aufgeweicht/eingetieft/eingesunken(?) ist,
dann musst du folglich seine Wunde bis hin zum Pfeiler seiner Nase untersuchen.

  • - {m} ẖnw: Breasted, Surgical Papyrus, 307 erwägt hier und in Fall 22 (Kol. 8.16) die Lesung eines Substantivs mẖnw, das dann die Bedeutung "Inneres" haben muss. Dieses Wort ist sonst nicht belegt und in Fall 22 kann man auch m ẖnw: "im Inneren von" lesen. Außerdem steht in der Diagnose zu Fall 26 und in Glosse A von Fall 26 beide Male j:sdb n ẖnw, sodass m fehlerhaft sein wird.
