  • nꜣy=j ...: die beschädigte Stelle ist laut Gardiner außerdem korrupt. Die meisten Bearbeiter lassen sie unübersetzt. Foster ergänzt "my [duties] have fallen away". Verhoeven, 78 liest anders: nꜣy=j šm.w spr.w: "meine Zaubersprüche sind angekommen", aber spr wird am Anfang von Zl. 10.5 anders geschrieben. Für šmw als "Orakel" oder "Vorzeichen", siehe Ritner, Mechanics of Magic, Anm. 167 auf S. 36-37 und 202, Anm. 931. Bresciani übersetzt: "i miei passi (?) vanno in giú (?)", d.h. "meine Schritte gehen hinunter" (šm ist jedoch mit dem Mann mit der Hand am Mund geschrieben). Für Quack ist das Determinativ von šm verschrieben und er denkt an den "Heißen" als eine gängige Bezeichnung für den Widersacher.
