wḫdt is elsewhere attested only as a feminine pair to wḫd in medical texts (Wb. I, 356.14; see Kolta and Tessenow 2000), so the masculine is more likely here. I read as m-tꜣ-ꜣt on the basis of the frequency of this phrase (Wb. I, 1.17), and it is to be understood 'immediately, at that point in time' rather than 'now' in view of the preceding past tense.
