- ṯzi̯.n=j nmt,t: The meaning of ṯzi̯ nmt,t is questonable. In the context of the very vague utterance in this part of the text, the translation "eifrig sein" of WB V, 406.1 (< mit erhobenem Schritt gehen") seems most appropriate. Almost exactly the same formulation (tzi̯.n=j nmt,t ẖr wḏ nswt smꜣ.n=j m ḥzw.w) appears also on stela BM 562, this shows that the two parts belong together. In a New Kingdom parallel, pChester Beatty IV, it is said of an apprentice scribe that ṯzi̯=f nmt,t r pḥ=f sr "he raises (his) steps until he reaches the position of a high offical". Therefore the meaning is hardly "to direct expeditions" (so Obsomer, 2001, 537).
